“Staff were great”

“Nice hotel”

“The staff were helpful. They have a small yet effective fitness center. They offer breakfast. The room was clean and no issues.”

“Staff was great. Breakfast delicious. Room was comfortable and clean.”

“The location was great, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The was room good, but it could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor was dirty and the toilet was not very clean. I travel with cleaning supplies and gloves, but they probably would have cleaned it if I asked.”

“no good”

“I do not like how they took the money 10 days before my arrival, even though when I booked it said "pay at property", that was ridiculous and I feel like some of my money should be refunded due to that. They did not have many breakfast items. The elevator was having issues when I arrived and the key machine for the room cards was not working. However staff there was pretty nice. I just hate that they couldn't do anything about the inconvenience they caused me due to taking that money so early.”

“生活機能佳，靠近機場，靠近Cumberland mall, 走路三分鐘內可達到，還有Costco 可以做為上飛機前最後採買。”

“When staying here, ask for Joyce. She delivered great customer service and was a pleasure to converse with, which is saying something coming from an introvert.”
