We were expecting hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, instant oatmeal) in addition to the items that were available since it was advertised as breakfast and other Best Westerns advertised that way had these items. Not a complaint just an observation. It is walkable to mall and a few sit down restaurants which was nice. The room was quiet as well. The same thing two days after when we asked for fresh towels since the housekeeping couldn’t clean the room because my husband is still in the room working, but it was totally our fault so its fine. But the front desk the same girl was very rude about giving us fresh towels and also for asking water bottle she said we should pay for the water, but finally she reluctantly gave us 2 bottled water.
