“It was wonderful. Nice and quiet, the owner was very friendly and attentive and the home had everything we could need. Unfortunately we couldn’t take our pets but in a way it gave me a break from them as well lol. Will definitely recommend this place and also will be returning. Only thing missing was a fire pit.”

“Staff was not friendly. They talk rude to you. I stay at hotels all the time for work and never have I been told that if you have someone come over to your room you will be kicked out. People live at hotel. Beds are cheap framed beds. But for the money you get what you pay for. Won’t stay again.”

“We wanted to get away for a couple days to see fall colors and hike near Starved Rock. This little house in the small town of DePue IL perfectly met our expectations. We had a great time looking at all the interesting decorations. While in DePue be sure to get a pork tenderloin at Casford’s Crossing!”
