“Thank goodness we were able to phone host to get address bc couldn’t find reservation email from hotels.com. Helpline from hotels.com not very helpful, website not helpful. Mgr on site via telephone was really helpful. Pls send receipt from hotels.com. ”

“Hotel was close to sports venue, major shopping mall & several dining options. Hot breakfast was included & daily options were limited. No variety in fruits it was the same each day; apple & banana. Except for that, stay was great, facility clean, quiet and staff was courteous & helpful. Definitely will stay again!”

“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“The room is quite small but clean and there is abundant hot water. The free wifi is fast but the TV reception (if anyone cares about that anymore) was lousy. We would stay here again. ”
