Tout était parfait, bon accueil, perssonnel courtois, chambre propre correspondant à ce que nous recherchions. Le hic: cuvette de toilette bloquée! Je sais, ça peut arriver n'importe où, mais quand ça nous arrive.... et le personnel d'entretien n'était plus disponible depuis quelques heures. On m'a offert un syphon pour me dépanner... sans effet. On nous a offert une autre chambre. En fait on nous a surclassé en nous accordant une chambre "exécutive" sans surcharge. Merci!
