“I arrived at the hotel promptly at 4 p.m. yesterday to check in. There were plenty of vacant spaces in the outdoor parking lot, yet the on-duty morning manager greeted us with a surly, extremely unfriendly attitude. When he learned we needed to park our car, he insisted we use the underground parking garage instead. I clearly told him the underground area was rather narrow and I was not a confident driver, but he brushed off my concerns and claimed it would be no problem, forcing me to park……

“My husband recently stayed for a business trip and was extremely happy with everything from the cleanliness to the general location. So much so that we plan on returning for a personal trip in the coming months to explore Ottawa with our family!”

“This adorable heritage house was an amazing pick! The room was cosy and extremely clean. A brand new building very well maintained but the nice owners that took care of everything, including the tasty breakfast prepared fresh on spot. We'll be back once in Ottawa again.”
