“We enjoyed the peaceful area. Communication was wonderful with the host! Everything was close and convenient. Was definitely more of a home away from home feel. The kids really enjoyed it as well. We will definitely stay again!”

“Convenient to golf courses. Condo was on a lake so we just walked out back door and did some fishing. Caught several nice ones. Excellent communication. Suggestion up grade the pillows . Other than that outstanding stay!”

“This is a very comfortable and well maintained condo which is accurately reflected in the on-line photos. It is located on Lake Catherine with a beautiful view of the lake. It has a spacious deck within yards of the shoreline. Handy for fishing or dipping into the lake. It is a short 5 minute drive to the restaurants, lakes and golf courses located in Fairfield Glade Resort (FG). I played 4 of the 5 golf courses in FG. All were in excellent condition. The FG staff were a pleasure to work with……

“We stayed in this condo with our daughter, son-in-law and her two granddaughters, We found the condo to be clean and more spacious than it appeared in the photos. It was very comfortable with a nice outdoor area with a view of the lake. We would definitely say again and highly recommend it to others! ”

“The smell was terrible!! Pretty sure the carpet had a 2 pack a day habit since it was put in back in 1985.. wall paper peeling. Everything is outdated. But the smell literally gave me a headache. If it wasn't for my job putting me up there I would have left as soon as I walked in. VRBO should absolutely pull this listening. I have stayed in over a hundred places in the last few years with my job and I can honestly say the worst place I've ever stayed...by far.. DISGUSTING YOU SHOULD BE……

If you are looking for modern amenities like a dishwasher look no further than your two hands. Be prepared to hand wash all of the 3 plastic cups, or 4 plates they have provided. If you want a steaming hot shower make sure your friends boil water on……

“The condo was clean, well stocked. The only drawback is that it was very cold and there is only one AC/heater unit. So, when it was literally freezing outside, and we turned on the heat to to eat our dinner and visit downstairs, the upstairs was suffocatingly hot.We would recommend updating the bathroom upstairs”

“This is a great spot to get the flavor of downtown Cookeville. Super convenient location and parking spot. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and breweries. Our host Lindy was helpful and responsive. 11 out of 10 recommend.”
