“Great location, close to golf. Easy check in process. Would stay again!”

“Great experience”

“This was a nice facility. It is close to every thing. We are golfers and it was close to the golf courses and close to the grocery store. There were some housekeeping and maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The master bedroom needs a new mattress and new bed linens. The bedroom linens were frayed. The toilet paper holder in the master bath needs to be tightened. The bedroom with twin beds had an electrical outlet with no plate protection. It needs to be fixed and in working……

“We enjoyed a few nights there for a family reunion. The place was roomy with nice bathrooms and bedrooms-with 3 levels the bedrooms were quiet and private for different families to have their own space. The only complaints were that both trash cans were completely full outside and the downstairs floor seemed sticky and the kids got dirty feet from walking on them.”

“Grab a few friends, get your suit on, and get ready to be transported back to a weekend golf outing in 1998. From the stylish popcorn ceiling, golf retreat condo layout, 1/2 bath peeling wallpaper, and outdated furniture you’ll be right back in 1998. If you are looking for modern amenities like a dishwasher look no further than your two hands. Be prepared to hand wash all of the 3 plastic cups, or 4 plates they have provided. If you want a steaming hot shower make sure your friends boil water on……

“Excellent !! Absolutely one of the best condos I've ever stayed in for the past 20 yrs. Wonderful location, comfortable unit, quiet and close to everything. I will definitely stay at this unit again !! I highly recommend it. I just can't say enough good things about it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!”

“Myself and my 2 adult sons stayed for a week with our small dog. We all enjoyed being able to walk around the lake, fish whenever we wanted, and enjoy the area. The beds were are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, drinkware, and cookware. We were very comfortable there. It did rain often due to the remnants of a recent hurricane, which cut into our outdoor plans, but we were still able to get in some fun activities. I would recommend this unit or any with this……

“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few disappointments. Upon check-in, there were crumbs left on the kitchen counters, and one of the bathroom shower curtains had what appeared to be vomit on it, which was pretty off-putting. The property also wasn’t as clean or as updated as the listing photos suggested, making it feel more worn in person. That said, check-in was simple and hassle-free, and the management team was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.……

“The condo wasn’t awful, but the air conditioner will not keep the temp under 75 during the day and it took forever to cool off at night. Rough couple nights of sleep due to the 90 degree temps and poor AC. We also had 4 adults, and there were only two bath towels in the condo”

“We had a great time lots of space for all family also rooms were very well insulated. Rooms were seperated well enough to not bother other rooms. It really helped a lot that all rooms had bathrooms. We will definitely be coming back so much to do and so much we didn't do.”

“Apartment was well furnished, vert comfortable, very clean and great for couples or a family with child or teen. Great location and walkable to restaurants, shops and historic area of Cookeville.”
