“We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay.”

“This was our second time to Nashville and we were very pleased with Kasa. The kitchen had all that we needed, the bathrooms were very clean and very well organized. “Upon our arrival into our stay we noticed just a couple of things that didn’t meet the eye but figured after a long travel day it was almost 1am, we might feel differently in the AM. Our sink from the start was clogged and my boyfriend had to play mister plumber to make the water go down in the bathroom. When we removed the piece it was full of hair leading me to believe that the surfaces are just whipped down to seem “appealing” to the eye and thorough cleanings are not being done properly……
