“Clean room: On our first day, we noticed that the bed sheets had specks of blood. Housekeeping had either forgotten to change the sheets or did not do so properly. We called the front desk to report this issue, as it was unacceptable. Housekeeping did change the sheets, but the front desk clerk never apologized or offered any compensation, such as a complimentary breakfast. They only changed the sheets without addressing our concerns further. Did not meant to rate the Breakfast, there was not……

“The room was spacious and clean. My husband enjoyed the pool and commented that the server had a great personality and dance moves. We love that it’s centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. Two of our favorite places to eat (Sherman’s and Bill’s pizza) were a short walk away.”

“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……
