“I was there on business for a week it was perfect for my situation I would definitely stay in the future.”

“Lobby members called me a bad dad bc my kids like to run arond at night, we just moved. Wfif didnt work at all, i had to spend over 50 dollars on my phone Hotspot. Door latch got stuck one time and kids got stuck in the room!”

“Zues was absolutely amazing, we were booked to stay at another hotel and it was disgusting we switched to staybridge where zues even posted happy birthday for my fiance. Thank you for an amazing stay and very clean room.”

“Our lakeside luxury room was beautiful and cozy. The staff and food in the restaurant were amazing. The bartender (Eli) and our server (Hope) were top notch. We will definitely be back.”

“Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. ”

“Everything was great ”

“I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.”

“This is a second-rate hotel meant for families with small children. We were up all night with unsupervised children running up and down the halls (is having small children in a room without an adult legal?). Coffee cups in the room were caked with coffee stains. Things like an ice bucket had to be requested. Adults should think twice - this is not what I associate with a Hilton!”

“The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!”

“Clean room, Staff was great, air conditioning was good, but the buffet style breakfast was lackluster. Could've been free. Seemed greedy to charge for what was offered. It was about $9 per person with only a few things to choose from. Fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereals, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. Things that are usually free in other hotels.”
