"This was such a special stay in a weird and wonderful place on earth. We enjoyed the hot spring hot tub and crisp cold spring pool so much we didn’t feel the need to go to a bathhouse. Breakfast was excellent. Everyone was nice. Live music was good and location was impeccable. We will miss this place. If you want an authentic vibe and to experience the real feeling of Hot Springs, this is the spot. For a slight upgrade you can get a huge, cozy suite. The beds in both of the rooms we experienced were seriously comfortable. Starbucks inside the hotel was super convenient for my early working mornings. The dogs were adored every step we took in this classic hotel. "

"Breakfast selection needs updating. Same breakfast menu as last year but had to pay $15.00 for it this year. If going to charge, should have better selection. Bar was great - just too expensive - local taxes are ridiculous. Bar staff was wonderful - very friendly."
