“I have done vacation rentals in Pawleys Plantation many times and the location is wonderful. It is a beautiful gated community. This was the first time that I had to drive to pick up keys to a rental unit. It was 7 miles one way north of Pawleys plantation which was a 14 mile trip added to our already 6 hr. drive which was an inconvenience. This is a spacious one bedroom unit on the first floor with a screened in porch overlooking the golf course. It is furnished very nicely and the two queen……

“Lichfield is the perfect location for families who want to spend time at the beach, the pool, and explore PI, MI, Gtown, etc. The check in process was very easy, room was ready on time, etc. The property is in decent shape and is just fine for a beach vacation. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned properly. It wasn't gross, but it had obviously been forgotten. Floor and toilet had not been cleaned after previous guests. The other bathroom had a faulty shower. The valve must be broken, and……
