“Murphy bed once you pulled it down was disgusting like it hasn’t been cleaned behind it where the hinges are in 30 years. Towels are thin old and dingy motel style Towels not resort style towels. Only 1 elevator running. Only way to get to lobby is to walk thru parking deck or from pool outside and walk around the entire building. Indoor pool area was very dirty. Access to beach was amazing. Outdoor pools were convenient but always cloudy and had hair and stuff floating in them no one……

“No housekeeping, water park not on property, had to carry own linen bags everyday of the week from across the street to our room. Was not ocean front, air rarely worked and it was HOT in the room. Did not see a housekeeper the whole entire time and did not have a phone to call for any type of assistance. Front desk that was located at the leg and were rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like they did not want to be bothered.”

“Sea mist hotel has change a lot. So much that it was our last time there didn’t warn you that the pools are no longer in use and half the hotels are abandoned And honestly it just wasn’t it anymore me and my family where disappointed and the way things where this time”

“Great location, but some service gaps Stayed three nights and the highlight was definitely how easily accessible the beach was — a huge plus for our family. A few things fell short, though. Laundry and breakfast aren't included, which would've been nice to know upfront. The dryer in the laundry room was out of order during our stay. Housekeeping didn't remove trash daily, so I had to call the front desk each time and set the trash outside myself. On top of that, I wasn't given a trashbin cover……

“Property and All Staff were Excellent Housekeeping is terrible, always asking for towels never getting facial clothes. Come from golf and needed to shower before dinner always having to ask for towels”

“Parking is across street! Room card key has to b used Every time u use elevater! Garbage is picked up the 3rd day of stay! New sheets 5th day! Hated hotel!!No front desk! AWFUL!”
