We enjoyed the location and amenities provided. However our room was not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed or mopped upon arrival. The room was fine but the finishes were old and worn. There were cabinets missing hardware and stains on the doors that would not wash off. The curtains and lampshades were torn. Some of the plates and dishes kept in the room were dirty, but stored in the cabinets. We enjoyed the pools and beach access and the grounds he’d been pretty well maintained. I would not stay in the same room again.

The room was clean and the staff welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon!!

Love this place however did it sleep well as it was very stuffy. Air was down but room did not feel great. Bed was comfortable.

Overall, we had a good vacation, but there were definitely some disappointments. The positives were outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beach access, pools, parking, and on-site bar were all excellent and made for a fun and relaxing week. Unfortunately, our room in the Dominican Building (Unit 1528) did not meet expectations, especially considering we paid over $2,500 for the stay. The suite was very outdated and in need of renovations. The curtains were stained and had holes in them, the hand towel holder in the bathroom was bent, and the entire room had a musty odor that became stronger as the week went on. The shower was actually the cleanest part of the suite. The kitchen was also disappointing, with very limited cookware and utensils, making it difficult to prepare breakfast and lunch. The Dominican Building elevators and hallways were another letdown. They were dirty and poorly maintained throughout our stay. The laundry facilities were also frustrating. The laundry room on the 4th floor of the Cayman Building was extremely hot (around 92 degrees) and uncomfortable. The washers and dryers were outdated and only accepted quarters, yet there was no change machine available. Every time we needed quarters, we had to go to the front desk. There was also a detergent and fabric softener vending machine, but it was out of order and unusable. Overall, we had a great trip, but next time I would stay somewhere in better condition. 6/10
