"It clearly states it’s a non-smoking facility, I’m an ex-smoker, my room smell like 25 people smoked a pack in it before I walked in. I don’t wanna put my head on the pillow Hudson valley."

"Parking is limited and not conveniently located to the buildings where the rooms are located. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired- when we arrived there was clearly a moisture issue on our floor, there was a terrible smell and fans going in the hallway. Our room was very dark. The one day we requested housekeeping and left early our room was not turned over, but the next day when we had a do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping tried to come in at 9 AM."

"The staff and check in were ok. I stayed here a few years ago when it was newly remodeled I think. Since then it has not been unkept. There were several broken items in the room. It’s ok for an overnight stay. "

"I arrived late during check in on 3/28 after 3pm. And no issues at all. Yes some maintenance is needed at the room I stayed. The major one I experienced was the window binds shades. Earlier the staff assisted me with it. I pointed that out to her and advised she will reach out to the maintenance person about that. Overall, it’s quiet and peaceful to some extent. I did enjoy my stay and will be booking here in near future. I enjoyed it! Another update is that hopefully they will upgrade their breakfast selection. Hope that other travelers will book here as well. "

"Hotel and room were clean but had some notable aging. Location was perfect for our visit to the area. Complimentary breakfast a big plus!!"

"In the big scheme of things, as with all hotel rooms, you just have to manage expectations. After driving up the mountain to park, walking down some outside stairs that are in desperate need of repair and most likely would fail any sort of safety inspection it had to go through, once inside we were created by a delightful person who checked me in and gave me a room in the back so as to be a little quieter. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and is probably due to be refurbished. Other than that, the cookies available at check-in made up for it. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast buffet, but an exceptionally clean area."
