“This place was massive. Huge living area and kitchen. Couch was really comfortable (I know I wouldn’t usually review a couch it was that good). We were a large group of 11 with teens kids and adults and it worked out well. Property has some wear and tear that you would expect from a rental but overall it was clean and everything was in working order. Blake the property manager was excellent. Very responsive and helpful throughout the stay with any questions we had. Close drive to Broadway and……

“Place was great plenty of room for 9 of us. Lots of bathroom and sleeping space. Cool outdoor views and 9 uber ride to broadway. Just was responsive and we hand no issues. It is a little tricky to find this particular unit with all in the units there but nothing crazy. I’d stay here again as it was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve used. ”

“It was a nice small house in the very popular area of Germantown. The private parking lot in back of the house had plenty of free parking. We went to ten restaurants in the area by foot. The only drawback we had was trying to figure out the shower.”
