“There were a lot of cars there that had been parked for some time taking up space. You could tell cause they have a bunch of dust on them from sitting for so long. Parking underneath is very tight and hard to navigate for bigger vehicles. The elevator did not work the first 2 days of staying there. The tv would only turn on by the button on the tv. The fire stick did not work and could only watch the free Sony Vizio shows. Overall I give it a 3 start rating. The place is very cool to stay in and...

“Perfect location for our recent visit to Belmont University! Property was cute, clean and offered all of the amenities we needed, including free parking. In addition, it was a short walk to the Hillsboro community with shopping and eateries and a short drive to Broadway.”

“The place is very nice! Location is great. Host communicates well and quickly. Main problems were that the AC would not work. We texted. They had someone out the same day. They reset the breaker. Fixed for an hour or so. Happened again. Set on 67, rose to 74. I reset the breaker and it fixed temporarily. Only there for two nights, so no time to get it permanently fixed. The shower was also clogged and we stood in 3 inches of water while showering. Not resolved. I would stay again if these issues...

“Perfect location for Belmont University graduation!”

“The townhouse was close to everything. It was nicely furnished and had a very nice kitchen. It had everything we needed, including coffee when we got there. Truthfully, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the townhouse. We were there for graduations and had to attend many other functions and dinners. The garage was really nice to have.”

“It’s a convenient location to downtown, very walkable. Host was very easy to communicate with. They even had a fan and I was impressed because I’m a fan sleeper lol. My next time in Nashville I would absolutely stay here. I loved that it had a patio, we spent more time there than outside.”
