“The hotel is very close to Universal Studios Hollywood, and it is only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the studio, which runs every 15 minutes, which is very convenient! The hotel facilities are very good, and there is also a swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun! The restaurant is open for a long time, from 6 am to 11:30 pm. If you are tired the day before, you don’t have to get up early to eat. I like this very much. I will stay here again when I go to……

“The location was great, although a bit on the loud side due to cars/trucks. The room/beds were very comfortable. View was very good. Really liked the pool area. My only gripe was the valet parking. The guys were friendly enough, I just don’t like leaving my car and keys with a valet service overnight. Other than that, it was great”

“There is nothing interesting around, the accommodation facilities are too "simple". Most importantly, it is too noisy! In the middle of the night, there was even a person walking in the hall crying and yelling... The price is really unfair.”

“The vibe is good and the pool area is great. The interior decor is modern with style, but not comfortable and not user friendly, especially there is no chair provided, so you are not able to work in the room. I stayed 5 days and thus have to look for places outside when I needed work, which is still alright at day time, but impossible during night hours. The room is quite small but still acceptable. Overall not worth the price it charged ”

“Convenient transportation. But hotel parking fee is a bit expensive for 60 dollars per night. Hotel house keeping often forget to supplement spare parts . The staff at the counter have a good attitude, but we often call the front desk, they are too busy to wait for a long time before someone answers the phone.”
