“Room was spacious , clean and quiet. In house restaurant had great indoor and outdoor seating. Food options for breakfast were great and reasonably priced for a hotel in Santa Monica. Coffee options were great. Newly added nitro cold brew coffee which I loved. Service was good. Front desk staff were positive, polite and accommodating. Entry hall bathrooms were really clean and neat. Front entrance view once inside was really neat. Bellmen service outside was excellent.”

“1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5.
