“It was the cutest modern motel. My husband and I last-minute planned a getaway to Detroit Lakes for our anniversary. I found Beachfront Haven on the “Visit Detroit Lakes” website in places to stay. It was clean, cute, cozy, affordable, and we felt safe in the area. It is across the street from the lake, surrounded by amazing restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Was there for Mother’s Day weekend and enjoyed the stay. Only complaint is the Mother’s Day brunch. The food was seriously horrible. Had a variety of dishes and I tried almost all of them and couldn’t say I enjoyed any of it. We got the breakfast coupons and received $20 off and it still cost the 2 of us $45. Was not worth it at all we left hungry and had to stop somewhere.”

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy...
