“Great property! This was a perfect stay for us as we were in town visiting family! The only downside was our room cards kept deactivating. Minor issue and all the positives outweigh that. Daily breakfast was as expected!”

“The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. You can't get to a floor without tapping your card on a sensor inside the elevator and then pressing your floor number. Super cool!! Only odd thing is housekeeping comes every……

“The woman that always works 3rd shift, I believe she’s from Indiana originally, but she’s always so helpful, and very polite. She has great customer service! Everytime I stay here we always arrive super late, and no matter the time shes always very welcoming and never seems grumpy unlike other hotels when you check in late the employee working the desk is typically always grouchy, but her and I wish I could think of her name, she deserves a shining star! ”

“Amazing from the first step inside this victorian beauty, greeted by Amy and Jeff and given the tour of the first floor and amenities available 24/7 for small fridge, wet bar, coffee and tea. Great location, easy free parking, very close to downtown..we drove but could have walked the 3 or 4 blocks, excellent home made hot breakfast in mornings. Just a lovely experience, and room super comfy. The stairs are steep and railing on one side, so careful up and down but this is mentioned in other……
