“Room was clean and ready and they honored our request for 1st floor. Staff was very polite and respectful. Bed was comfortable.”

They have poison Ivy growing on the fence in the back yard so I couldn't let the kids out there to play, not to mention the gates on the fence don't work. The internet didn't work, they saud ti use the hotspot they had and that didn't work either. Someone left pots full of grease in the over, so when I turned……

“Very supportive, we arrived very early because of the flight and wanted to take a rest badly, the housekeeping manager helped to clean the room to assure we can check in earlier. It helps a lot and we appreciated their help.”
