“Our check in was not good. The process was okay and seemed efficient. However, when we got to our room the door was ajar and there was food and drinks on the counters. Clearly, it was occupied. Went to the desk and were assigned another room. An hour later, someone was trying to get into our room. After their 2nd attempt banging on the door, we let them know it was occupied and called the front desk. Again, they had over booked a room. How this happens, I’m not sure, but it made me question my……
