"The room was clean, but the stairwell was a bit dirty; they need to do some renovating and hire more staff to properly attend to guests. I asked for towels, and they told me I had to go pick them up myself."

"The bedroom themselves were nice but the showers were awful, it’s the only thing they did not remodel. We had to move rooms immediately because of the first shower, the second room wasn’t that great either was on the same floor as the banquet halls. In my opinion, I think the room was converted from something else maybe even a public restroom because our second room had a literal public toilet in it. Wasn’t the cleanest stay either. The lobby in public areas looked very nice. And it’s honestly a really nice location, but they really really need to work on updating all bathrooms and showers. And also work on getting cleanliness better. Staff was nice. Most likely will not stay here again due to the issues we had and how expensive it was for what we got."
