“We were five 70 year old women, friends from High School over 50 years ago. We travel someplace different each year and this year we choose Philadelphia. We travel from all over and meet together for a fun weekend with friends. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with but I wish that we had known that this is 2 separate units with some very steep stairs to the 3rd floor two bedrooms that only 2 women in the group could or wanted to climb the stairs. “I really am going to try to let Vrbo make this right, but I doubt that will happen. The listing for this place was pretty disingenuous. This will likely be my first and last time using this app. Though the host was responsive and polite, and did come out the first night to switch on an AC unit, the property did not have central air. There were three window units and two portable units that had to be filled with water daily. This was not explained to me before I arrived. The place clearly wasn’t……
