"Airy welcomed us with a great spirit and smile! The room was clean for the most part, the desk chair has seen better days. TV was a little dusty and the towel rack was hanging off the wall a little. The room could use a bit of upgrading but it was clean and the staff was helpful."

"The room I was put in 130 tv didn’t work I paid my money for a room with no tv then around 11 pm I was told a room 112 was available by the time I moved all of my luggage to 112 I was tired this was a bad experience and waste of money "

"PROS: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Great location. CONS: cleanliness could be improved as we found 2 packs of blueberries on top of the fridge that must have been there a while, as they were moldy and shrunken. We had NO shower curtain, there was dirt and hair on the wall behind the bathroom door, and I have never stayed in a hotel where there were NO trash bags in the trash cans. (We were in room 1425)"

This time, however, I had a very different experience: was never greeted whenever entering the hotel, check in was very very brisk and given our rate included breakfast (and a hotel credit for food too) but that we had to leave at 6:30am when breakfast opened"
