“The stay”

“I have not felt it necessary to write a negative review for a past Expedia booking. The Ruby was sub par. It started at check-in. I asked for a pet-free room (allergies). No help at all on that. At least preserve a few rooms that are “no pets”. Breakfast was a few packaged rolls, no fruit. No hot dishes (just some packaged breakfast sandwiches one could microwave and a waffle maker). Weak coffee. The room had no coffee service. For two nights we suffered bed bug bites. We had the room……

“This hotel is excellent!! The rooms are large and well appointed. The amenities include a pool, hot tub and fitness room. There is a beautiful outdoor patio. What’s more; the town is nearby and is lovely! Great hotel, great location and very welcoming staff.”

“View was amazing. It's difficult to summarize everything as they are a work in progress. The food , dinner and breakfast was absolutely incredible and worth buying in advance. The road to the tents is a bit steep but ok. Beds super comfortable and just a bit of TLC needed to make the tent really special. Worth the visit and owners are very receptive to comments. We will definitely return for a visit.”

“We had a large, clean room with view of mountain and chair lifts. Very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a nice pool and spa. Parking was secure beneath the building behind a locked gate. Restaurant was walkably close.”
