“Stay here! Rooms are large and new with good spaces. Staff is friendly and proud of their new hotel. Breakfast was complete and Susie was friendly and helpful. Felt like the next level of hotel experience. Thank you.”

“Our suite was on the corner of a high traffic street, log trucks from 4 am til night. No double glazing in the bedroom but there was in the living room. Impossible to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good. Location downtown was handy, except for traffic noise as noted above.”

“Room is quite and adequate. The price for the room is reasonable for the older hotel and rooms. What I didn.t like was the room smelled of heavy cleaner or something. Also the floor and chair had stains on them, however, the room was clean and comfortable.”

“The lodge is right on the North Idaho Centennial trail. Very easy to walk along the lakefront from the lodge but it is not on the water. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.The mattress was a bit soft for us. Overall a great location and we would stay again when in the area.”

“We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort……

“A very clean place to stay - the beds were comfortable and the breakfast offered was good and filling. The only "negative" was the location. It was very hard to locate and enter the property off the busy street and freeway.”
