“服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。早餐多士嚴重燒焦。房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝，非常嘔心反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口任何人都可出入），根本冇窗，因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。”
