“Room was small but comfortable. Some baseboards need replacement due to water damage. Not a good room for more than 1 person but as a solo traveller it was fine. Good breakfast.”

“Very clean room. Shocked because photos of property do not match the actual property. Staff was strangely protective of water— the man at reception would not allow us to get a small glass of water from the dispenser “because we did not pay.” Room cleanliness is most important to me, thus the high rating. ”

“Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten nicht bis 23 Uhr einchecken, da wurde uns sehr unbürokratisch geholfen, damit wir ins Hotel kommen könnten. Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, direkt an einer Schnellstraße. In der Nähe ist, außer ein großes Einkaufszentrum , nicht so viel. Das Frühstück ist sehr französisch, also eher eine Kleinigkeit”

“The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. There is a pretty courtyard and a glass enclosed dining area with a lovely breakfast spread. Service was……

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. ”
