“Great location and nice place to relax and unwind. Room and place was clean and well kept. Pool was nice but could use some TLC. Also we did not receive our free bottle of wine as advertised when reserved but not a deal breaker. Will stay again and recommend it. Just work a little better on pool maintenance.”

“Actualizar la información de su hotel, en Booking decía que tenían traslados a la playa, cosa que no es cierto, al final cumplieron y pagaron los taxis a la playa. Otra situación importante decía Desayuno buffette incluido y no es cierto, tienen un desayuno americano de cortesía.”

“The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud……

“Condo is large and bright in a wonderful location. Quiet street with a short walk to the Walmart and convenient to Malecon.”

“Such a pleasure to stay at Playanet! The host, Muriel, is there for you 100% with every concern wiped away immediately. Everything was as it should be with the apartment matching the photos you see (very uncommon in my past experiences). Right on the water with beautiful landscaping. A real oasis to relax in and walking distance right into town. Will visit again.”

“Vinimos 4 días a hospedarnos a la casa. Muy cerca de la playa. La cama y las almohadas súper cómodas. Hubieron algunas imperfecciones con los servicios pero se les dio mantenimiento y nos hicieron un reembolso justo por las molestias y quedamos satisfechos.”

“We had a lovely stay at el parasaio capitan Fernando. The location was a little ways away from the center of Chelem, which made it quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and safe. The studio was very cute and we upgraded to the condo, which we enjoyed. The building has a generator, which is helpful when the electricity goes out in the town. The host was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool and you can also go out to the sea. I would stay there again. Highly recommend.”
