Se encuentra justo a una calle de la playa, lo que hace conveniente que, para llegar a la playa, solo tengas que cruzar la calle. Tiene estacionamiento pero solo pocos lugares. El lugar tiene una buena ubicación, sin embargo, la atención del personal dejó mucho que desear, ya que en varios momentos percibí un mal trato. Uno de los principales motivos por los que hice la reservación fue por el estacionamiento, pero al llegar me informaron que no había espacio disponible, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo. Además, la cama era poco confortable y el ruido proveniente del área de la alberca hacía difícil descansar. They did not allow us to check in early. At 3 when we did get checked in, the first room had a host of problems including doors that didn't lock, ceiling fans that only worked on high speed, a refrigerator that didn't work and the list goes on. We had to fight the front staff to get moved to a different room, because they kept telling us once you have entered a room, it is yours. We finally got moved to a second room after approximately 30 minutes of arguing with the staff. The second room was on the 3rd floor with no elevators. There was no supplies in the kitchen, but we were greeted by one of Mexico's finest cockroaches. Around 9:30 p.m. they showed up with 2 plates, 2 bowls and 2 coffee cups, no silverware. There is not a coffee maker, stove or anything else in the kitchen, so no idea why they bothered.
