“Great condo. Great Location”

“Renee was extremely communicative from the beginning of my reservation process through the end. She is very nice and helpful. The condo is above average. It’s beautiful, very clean and everything you can think of that you’ll need she has it available. The place is so cute, very detailed and practical to a home away from home. Thank you Renee! I’ll be back again soon.”

“It went very smooth - we had a few issues getting into the room, but the owner was able to resolve it quickly for us! It was a great place to stay!!”

“Loved the pool access!”

“The condo has everything you need. Very convenient to the pool and beach access. It is quite small, so much better for just a couple. Great view of the beach. It was very convenient to anything in St. Augustine including the outlet mall. It is an older place, so keep that in mind. It was very quiet, no disruptions of others staying there and plenty of parking.”

“This place was above and beyond what we could have asked for or expected. CJ and Kathy were amazing hosts. The first floor access was a game changer. Not having to climb stairs with all the groceries and luggage was amazing. They have everything you could possibly need for the beach. They also recently updated all the mattresses and my daughter really enjoyed the Murphy bed in the living room. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is. We will definitely be back. 10/10……

“We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect little spot! Clean, easy access to the beach, and was very easy to communicate with Todd! Would highly recommend to couples and small families! Thanks Todd!”

“This property was excellent - plenty of space and all of the necessities at your fingertips. The layout is well thought out and is very clean. Beach access was easy and the pool was large and nice. The property is very quiet. The beach is large and very few folks around. Just a short drive to nearby downtown St. Augustine - a real gem. It reminded us of a mix between New Orleans and Canterbury England. Lots of stores and restaurants to check out. The St. Augustine Lighthouse is a must……

“Condo was very clean and true to the pictures. Host was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy and smooth. We loved the views from the balcony. Best part was the close walk to the beach!”

“Great condo! Will stay there again.”

“We have stayed at Sea place condominiums many times. Every unit we have stayed in has been well kept and maintained and this holds true once again. We had a wonderful time.”

“Quiet and clean unit near the beach. Requires a short walk over the dunes to the beach, but well worth it. Ample parking and close to dining and entertainment.”

“.”

“Pictures on listing are not current. Unit is dirty and worn out. Toilet seats are NOT sturdy and can cause injury. Back door was broken and almost got stuck outside. Black mold in bathrooms and on patio. Dishwasher doesn't rinse off the soap. Cookware is worse than dollar tree. Had to buy own frying pan. And the washer and dryer shakes and makes loud noises while in use.”

“The condo was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Since it was located in a gated community, it was also very secure. The hostess and host were very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions that we had.We will definitely consider stating here again the next time we are in the area.”

“The place was described and pictures were true. It was roomy for our party of 4. Make sure you bring your towels. They only provide 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 1 regular towel for each guest. This location doesn’t have elevators. Unless you are on the lower level expect to walk up and down stairs. Could be difficult for older guests. Be prepared to walk from your vehicle to your room. The view is beautiful and you can see the dolphins take their early swim. The place was clean. The……
