“Over, it's a great place to stay in a very convenient location with easy parking. The staff was helpful, gave good recommendations, and check-in was a breeze. The room was nice, functional, but a little dark. The lobby / breakfast area was really well stocked with many beverage options, and was comfortable. However, the "scenting" of the lobby, instead of being subtle, was overpowering. Multiple diffusers blow out scents, and a second desk of lavender added more. You can literally……

“This is my absolute favorite place to stay when I come to Saint Augustine! It’s beautiful. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is great and the location is perfect.”

“We love staying at The Collector and have several times. It is always very clean and well kept. It is antique and if you are on the lower level you will hear the guests above walking on the wood floor. Try the Well for a cocktail, they never disappoint and the staff are all great. The pool is a welcoming relief after walking all day through the shops and historical sites.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Kenwood Beautiful house and gorgeous room and bathroom. The house is well situated to the old town very good walking distance to the area’s restaurants and shops We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend a visit .”

“This is a great property. The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. There are a few drawbacks for the price. While the property is air conditioned, there is only one control for all the rooms. This is a bit of an issue if you visit in July like I did. It was unbearably cold in the room because it had to accommodate everyone’s preference at the same time. Also when I read the reviews it said amazing breakfast and that was for me a reason to pick this property. The breakfast is as basic……

“This was a very cute inn to stay in. The staff was very helpful, especially the gentleman serving breakfast, who was able to give us a history of the area. The view of the water is beautiful. The only downside was a slight musty odor in the room. Other than that, great stay!”

“The hotel is well worth the price because it is beautiful, clean, and close to historic sites. Parking is additional (valet) but you can save the $40 and park in the open tourist lot (not affliated with hotel) that is just behind the hotel. Food was great and the credit for charging it to the room was nice. Comp. drinks daily was a plus. Great photo opp stop at the entry stairs. Bar staff and front desk staff were pleasant. Waited about 30 minutes for extra linens so I left and never received……

“Ellie welcomed us warmly and efficiently. We stayed in "Penny's Attic" so it was perfectly situated for my daughter and her husband in the main room and me in the alcove. We even had the top floor deck all to ourselves - beautiful sea breeze was felt even if we couldn't see the ocean. Close walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served. The only constructive criticism is the bed in the alcove is terribly hard and really uncomfortable. ……
