“We booked a room here. My husband checked in and then met us for food and shopping. We were gone for several hours. When we got to the hotel, I went to check the beds. There was dried blood all over the mattress, what looked like a dead bed bug on the mattress, sheets that had marks, food, tubberwear, ice pack in the fridge, and half eaten food in the microwave. We decided the room was definitely not clean enough to stay in, especially with a child. So we checked out. When requesting funds back,……
