“Had a wonderful time at the farm! The owners were outstanding the room was amazing, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed , we stayed 3 nights . I will stay again !”

“Just beautiful!! That isnt even enough, the view alone it just perfect! We sadly don’t catch big fish but a few small ones were caught and returned. Unfortunately the cows weren’t out but that was ok too. Is was a nice getaway and much needed. The manager was very prompt with his response to our questions. That made things a lot easier. We will be back when we have more spare time away from work. Thank you ! ”

“The property is very nice. Love the chickens. Easy access to the house. It is in the back of the property where it is secluded and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The room could use a little TLC but was great for what we needed. Price was OK. ”

“Host was top notch”

“This location was very fun. The cabin was adorable comfortable. I didn't get to check in until after dark and had a little problem finding the place but the staff were super helpful.”

“Place was clean and a nice quiet area. The pool was really nice and the rec room was a cool place to hang out. Would stay there again.”

“Property is awesome and relaxing. Owner is great. ”

“Good location and furnishings. The cabin was quite dark because of burned out bulbs or non working light fixtures. The cabin should get a throuogh cleaning. Rugs need to be cleaned, as well as window sills.”

“Great place to stay for a fishing trip, very close to the south boat ramp”

“Great little ranch house in North Texas. They have everything you can imagine you need. Very nice host.”
