My concern came from having experienced similar problems at other motels, so I was worried it was becoming a recurring issue. “I have come to believe Expedia is running a scam. I own a business and travel alot. About a month ago I had a problem with the dates on my reservation. Had to pay for another night due to this. Called Expedia and they were going to refund my money. Never got it. Now last night I was booked into the wrong hotel. Even though I put in the correct one and even picked a spa tower room.
