“connecting building so you would not have to walk outside. Use of sidewalks, you had to walk in the parking lot. the bathrooms needed better plumbing, they were not dirty from lack of hotel staff but smelled funny due to plumbing issues. the restaurant attached to the hotel had good food. I did not use the pool.”

“The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. “Breakfast is good. ”

“Clean room, friendly staff. Easy parking & close to shopping & restaurants.”

“After traveling for 3 days and sleeping on beds that felt like sleeping on bricks, it was nice to finally sleep on a comfortable bed. The room was clean, and the front desk ladies were so nice. I wish we could have stayed longer but had an 8-hr drive home.”

“Bare essentials”

“great location, newly remodeled, great staffs, breakfast was awesome and a lady was there to always refill items, overall really impressed with this hotel, will surely come back and stay here for future trips”

“❤️”

“The property is newer, staff were friendly, and room was clean. Unfortunately the location is within a large mall and parking lot which made for a good deal of noise, even overnight with a few cars outside revving engines and playing loud music. The room upstairs was loud until 3am.”

“ Highly recommend”

“We have stayed here before. Unsure why it would be called luxury. We do like coming. Breakfast is nice, not $60 though. The first course of breakfast is usually dry, left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached, and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning.”
