“The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.”

They responded very timely to any question before or during our stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable at the house. The theming throughout the house was amazing. This was the perfect choice for our family vacation.”

It was a perfect and relaxing place to get away and celebrate a beautiful event. I highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway and it was……

“We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the amazing views. It was the perfect place to……
