"Didn’t eat breakfast "

"I called the hotel at Noon on 4/3/2026 before booking for the night of 4/3/2026. I called to inquire about the hot tub and pool because my wife and I were having a night away and we wanted to stay at a hotel with a hot tub to relax. We were assured the hot tub was working properly. When we arrived at check in, we were informed the hot tub was not working. Also, breakfast was horrible. I will not be staying here again, and very disappointed that we stayed here. It ruined our weekend away."

"The property desperately needs updating. Beds are hard, cleanliness hampered by wear on the fixtures. They had signs they were remodeling and the pool was being painted . I hope it is the entire property being remodeled and not just the pool! "

"The Breakfast was mediocre, I was underwhelmed by the lack of quality. The rooms were very clean and the property was clean. Staff were kind and pleasant. "

"We had two rooms. Both had maintenance issues. One had a toilet that wouldn't fill with water and a TV remote that didn't function. The other had a shower that wouldn't get hot. Between the two rooms, we had one complete room. When I went to the front desk, I was informed that the hotel was booked and there were no other rooms available. I was also told that the woman could do nothing for me, no one was there that she could send to fix anything and no manager would be in for the next two days. So, I was urged to call and speak to someone later. "

"The staff and hotel was wonderful. However there was a person who was screaming in the alley behind the hotel that could be heard on the 8th floor. Not the property's fault, but disappointed this wasn't resolved faster (went on over an hour)."
