The room assigned to us was not clean. It had dirty sheets. Smelled like a carton of Cool cigarettes had been smoked in there while the window was closed. However the staff was very apologetic and rushed to find us a new clean room.

The staff was new and they were all great. I hope they keep the lot of them. The grassy area in the back is wasted space. Turn that into a dog park and clean up the trash enclosure.

You know it's a great price but I feel like it's went downhill as far as the cleanliness and mainly because of the carpet they have stains all over them like if somebody went up and down the hall with broken trash bag they need to take that out and put some newer carpet or whatever they're going to put there but that makes it look really really bad the insides is pretty nice and it's very good deal the staff was great the only thing is just the cleanliness as far as not the rooms but the hallway and all that

The staff is what made the stay. So friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure. The rooms themselves needed a bit of updating. However, for what we paid, we were good with it. It’s definitely the place you want to stay if you need the small kitchen.

Me and my fiancé stayed at the Norco location on 2 occasions. I must say both times were very pleasant and quiet. We had no issues with the room, staff or residents . I must say all the staff and the general manager Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.We will definitely be back again.

The staff are friendly but Michael in particular is awesome 😊. It’s a bit different than a normal extended stay but suits the purpose. Needs some minor repairs/upgrades. Elevator wasn’t working at the time but not their fault and the staff did their best to accomodate. Will stay here again
