“Starting with the good. It is very close to several bars and shops. Communication with the manager was efficient. Kitchen was clean and was provided 2 bottled flavored waters and some chips upon arrival. TV and internet worked. Parking was easy to get in and out. The garden area was nice where the grills were. Everyone seemed really friendly. We didn’t feel unsafe. Now for the bad. As soon as you walk into the apartment complex, the whole place smells of urine and the carpet is black instead of……

“Perfect location to stay and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. 4 minutes to the hwy, and easy to get around the area. Our purpose for the stay was the close proximity to several of the snow ski areas (Hyland Hills, Buck Hill, and Afton Alps). The place had all the kitchen accessories that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay”

“We had a very good experience with this rental. Parking was easy. Great well stocked kitchen for those who love to cook and we do a lot of cooking. Neighborhood offers a lot of shopping, restaurants and other things to see. Everything is easily walkable with the skyway entrance just 2 1/2 blocks away. Communication with the hosts was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended this space for a longer stay.”

“great facility! very clean. Being old folks maybe we werent as hip to accessing the property as others might be. So a bit more specific info on access and door locks would have been helpful. There also was an issue on day 1 accessing the parking garage, but management eventually fixed it. Loved the interior design and use of space.”

“I requested a place with a balcony, but this apartment didn't. I do love the decor and furniture choices! Super cute place, but the curtain was broken and many scuffs on the walls from past guests. I liked the whole key fob entrance including parking! I would definitely stay here again. ”

The bed was comfortable. I loved that there were live plants in the unit. Access was simple with a digital code. There is a laundry room in the basement of the house. “Great location near the Mississippi River, Guthrie Theatre, stadium, & Mill museum, plus Trader Joe's on the ground floor! This is a small apartment, with more space than a hotel room -- double closet, windowless bedroom, & living area with pullman kitchen & breakfast bar. But no work space! No desk or table & no electrical outlets in main area except for the streaming screen (for your phone -- not TV). Other problems: no hooks in the bathroom, & big wall-mounted jugs of shampoo & bath gel. My……
