“What a wonderful stay, everything up to par, glad we found it.”

“Great staff that was very helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a nice variety”

“The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. We would have enjoyed staying here even if we were not going to Block Island, though—it's sparkling clean with a ton of little touches that turn a nice motel into a great one. There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to……

“ location is excellent. ”

“Breakfast was great, there was free sangria in the lobby which was nice, we brought some up to the roof deck which was nice although the cushions were wet. Room was nice, unfortunately it was very hard to sleep between the fan making weird noises all night & there were a bunch of neon green lights in the room.”

“Beautiful hotel. Right off the Cliff Walk Highly recommend it”

“The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant.”

“Staff went above and beyond at check in. Convenient location for visiting our son at URI.”

“The innnkeeper was warm and nice, they could answer every questions. Also the breakfast was yummy and nice too! Love it.”

“After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process”

“View, size & location.”
