Beautiful outside dining was perfect for morning coffee while kiddo played in the yard. The third bedroom was also the tv room, which meant negotiating shared space, but it all worked out. "We checked into our room. I noticed at the sink there was only one hand towel and no wash cloths. I proceeded to wash my face and the sink filled with water and did not drain. I went to call the front desk, the were no buttons on the phone and the phone was not even plugged into the wall. I went to the front desk they put us in a different room. The television didn't work. I went to the front desk to inform them. The lady said it wasn't working because of the bad weather. However, I informed her that the TV's in the lobby were working and my brother in law's TV was working in his room. She shrugged her shoulders. Later my husband went to the front desk to tell them our TV wasn't working and they said they'd have someone look at it while we were gone for the day. We left around 11am and returned at 8pm. The TV still didn't work. My husband called the front desk, they said they were going to reset it and check it in 15 minutes; still didn't work. There was no attempt to try and help us. For $250/night you would think you'd get a working television. "
