“The house was very clean, well maintained, and a great size for all of us. The neighborhood was very walkable and the house is super close to the beach which allowed for lots of walking. The host was very responsive and friendly and gladly answered any questions and concerns we had. The website provided when booking also made everything very clear and was referenced many times during the trip as it was so thorough. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay at the beach and would……

“This VRBO is in an ideal location for exploring New England in the Fall. It is within easy travel of The White Mountains, Kennebunk Port, Ogunquit, Portsmouth, Newburyport, Salem & Boston. It was exceptionally clean, spacious accommodation, with comfortable beds. The lounge has a large smart TV for evenings in. The host family were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to reccommend the VRBO to anyone coming to this area.”

“The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!”

“The carriage house was comfortable, cozy and in a nice location with a spectacular view. The house is as described online. I would suggest taking your own toiletries and your own bed linens if you have an allergy to scented laundry products. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the owners were accommodating. The friendly little dog, pippa was so sweet and greeted us in the driveway everyday.”

“The small room was beautifully appointed and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities I could need. The balcony and sea view were great, and a low-tide stroll of the beach was an easy 2-minute walk away.”

Took a long time to get it down to 68. We had a hard time controlling temperature.. There was no lobster pot. You need one.”

“We had a great stay in the apartment. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated. Amazing location close to all the shops, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. It’s directly across from the piano bar which is a bit loud so you can hear that but it didn’t bother me too much and I’m a light sleeper. Overall, great stay and would definitely book again.”

“This rental perfectly suited my needs. I can't say enough positive things about it! The location is perfect for some quality beach time. The ocean is only steps away. The cottage is cozy, clean and bright. Trust the host's description! It is a tiny space (if you are a plus-sized person, you might want to verify details with the host) but it has everything you need.
