“Great location great hotel”

“Great spot, close to Wallis Sands State Beach. Ocean view visible from both sides of force porch area. Would stay again.”

“Great value, priced similar to chains nearby but a more boutique experience. Great mini suite with dinette. Walkable to anything in downtown.”

“The property is just as advertised and is a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to attractions and places to eat. Ample off street parking. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The location, parking, and staff were nice. We were a few minutes late to check in due to some traffic, and after some communication, they stayed the extra time to give us our room key. Great coffee and breakfast place across the street. A few downsides were the bugs in the windows inside the screens so we couldn’t open window/doors for fresh air, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. It was a good place on a budget and for a one night stay in the off-season.”

“Location is great! Right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. Fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!”

“Decent place. Pull out couch less than comfortable. An out side shower would be useful to wash off sand- eliminated a lot of sand in rooms”

“Place is clean and centrally located. Easy walk to restaurants, shops etc.”

“We were on the fourth floor and the views of the Ocean were incredible! The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as the major attractions. The room was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with items needed for a multiple day stay. Parking was clearly marked and the check in and check out process were very simple. We would highly recommend.”

“This was one of the best stays we've had in a long time! The oceanfront view was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the comfortable balcony enjoying the scenery. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having the first parking spot right by the door, and the luggage cart waiting for us made unloading effortless. The location was……

“Had some issues at first but PortsCityStays were great to work with once we connected. Josh made sure our stay went well and went out of his way to make sure we had a great long weekend. The location is great and you can walk to some great bars and restaurants. Thanks to Josh, we will use PortCityStays again. Cheers!”

“We had a great time. Nicely done”

“This loft apartment was beautiful. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect being within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We would definitely return to this apartment.”

“The Condo was very clean & was stocked with everything we needed. The main beach was within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.”

“This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved……

“Our stay was fantastic. Condo was spotless, well equipped and the owner communicated everything clearly and timely. Would definitely rent from this owner again!!”

“Excellent location, lots of good restaurants—good news, bad news—if you want to go to bed early on a weekend it can be noisy due to proximity to bars and restaurants, but we did find some earplugs in the bedroom drawer. Darryl left great instructions and guides to the area. It was a little awkward for the upstairs couple to have to come back to the main level for the wash room, Parking near the unit on a Friday evening was a challenge. But the unit was nicely furnished with a well equipped……
