“Was disappointed in the final price. Much higher than expected. Staff was very pleasant. Could not get a table for dinner Thursday evening. Would have been nice if someone had suggested to get a reservation at the time we checked in as most local diners were closed that evening. The trolley ride to see holiday lights was c awesome. They took extra good care of my son, who was in a wheelchair. The pool is exceptional. Best in WI. ”

“The lobby was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The large bar was gorgeous and the restaurants were wonderful. I highly recommend staying here even if it is a bit on the pricey side.”

“The staff at The Cove could not have been nicer! We went on a busy Lake Geneva winter weekend and our entire stay was comfortable and quite pleasant! Best location and walkable to all of the shopping and restaurants! (not to mention across from the lake.)”
