“Very nice resort Everything can be reached via covered walkways Had several activities including nice pool and area around pool, many quiet lounges, several restaurants/bar and several kids' activities areas. Nice playroom for kids and fun arcade. Parking is close and open flat lot. We didn't golf but heard from others that course is nice. Right on the Lake good setting. Several lake cruise offered. 1878 restaurant service was excellent and prime rib was one of best I ever had. Room……

“The entrance door on the 1st room we were given would barely open. We had to kick it open to be able to enter the room. And the bathroom was so small you had to stand sideways between the toilet & sink to close the door. The refrigerator did not work, so they gave us another room. This room seemed fine until a rainstorm, then the window leaked terribly. They gave us towels. The next morning they moved us to a different room on a different floor. That room was fine. Parking in the back is……

“Stayed here for a concert at Alpind Valley. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was quiet and nice. Would stay there again. 😀”

“The Staff went above and beyond. Had dinner Saturday night at the Hunt Club. Which was excellent. I woke up Sunday morning and realized that I left my credit card at the restaurant. The Hunt Club does not open until 4:00pm. The hotel staff found someone who had access to the Hunt Club and went and got my card. After I had breakfast at the golf course restaurant on was on my way home at 10:00am.”

“very clean the front desk staff was very helpful. We loved drinking our morning coffee looking at the waterfront . The location was very close to Lake Geneva. We used the indoor, outdoor pool and hot tub. The game room was fun too!”
