“In general it was good, clean and staff very nice. Breakfast simple, is a continental breakfast, you get full. I don't smoke and I noticed people smoked inside of the property. My view was parking view wirh partial mountain. Bathroom very nice, room confortable. Is no closet, where you hang clothes is limited just for few items. Winter jackets to be hang is difficult due the low height. Furnitue old but is a cute property.”

“Hotel was a little further from the lifts than we had anticipated… but we had a car so it wasn’t too bad (10 min drive)… but no really good bus service back and forth from the hotel to the lifts… so if you didn’t have a car, you’d have a bit of a predicament on your hands. “Disappointed in my stay, check in via tv screen was a bit strange but it is 2026. The room was basic which I expected but the tv did not work - problem with connection and the fridge didn't work. I had to throw stuff out in the morning. Not good value.”

“when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever”
