“This home is huge. It actually could sleep 26 but homeowner allow 12. I would imagine this is because of limited parking. Very clean with plenty of seating. The home is within easy walking distance of several bars/restaurants. Highly recommend!”

“We booked for a summer trip to South Padre Island. Pictures are accurate description. Property was clean, well maintained, and centrally located. Beach access is approx 100 yards from the house. There are 4 bicycles, several beach toys, a wagon, and floating devices. Pool in backyard was deeper than we expected and was a relaxing getaway from the summertime crowds. Would definitely stay again.”

“The house was a perfect set up to host my extended family during our trip for a celebration of life of a loved one who is from the Valley. Scott was very helpful when we arrived to help us figure out the nuances of the house that had ample space for our group during the weekend. The rooms were perfect as we had mostly adults so everyone could have their own bed, but also offered a few bunks when needed for two of our under 7 crowd. Excellent location across from the beach and found a few shops……
