“Property budget friendly and close to beach access. That’s all, accommodations very poor, maintenance is non existent for accommodations meaning poorly maintained property in every aspect. But- if you want a cheap(er) place to stay and don’t care or expect even the minimum of comfort. This is your place. Cheap, musty, dirty and unkempt, but not and I repeat NOT bug infested, a/c works and Doninoes delivers here!”

“We had an amazingly chill and peaceful weekend. It was a nice short getaway for my family. We played the games provided as well as others that we brought. The fireplace brought us all together and we enjoyed the time with each other at night. Beds were comfortable, clean and inviting. The game room downstairs was a hit with the kids.”

“Our apartment was very clean, well equipped and ideally located just a short walk to the beach with no roads to cross. The only thing to consider is that the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms.”

“It was better than expected. Great location at Point San Luis-(South of Galveston Island). Great view from the main/front patio/balcony. The house was beautiful and spacious. The best thing, it was within walking distance from the beach, approximately 2 blocks.”

“It was very easy to communicate with property management. I had some minor issues when I first arrived and "Mallory" took care of the issues. The Property was clean and spacious. I had all the amenities to prepare meals and store food items. The property was within walking distance of the beach (100 yards for so). ”

“The house looks great! The owner was awesome about a AC issue. It wasn’t blowing cold air. She sent the AC guy immediately that night. He said it needed to be replaced, the owner (host) had it replaced the very next morning! Overall this was a great stay for my family and I and would recommend it to everyone. My ONLY cons are the master bedroom bed. It dips and its not very comfortable. But the room in beautiful! And the water filter in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Other then that……

“My son and daughter-in-law got married on the beach. We rented this home and our other family rented the one next door. It was a perfect intimate weekend with family and the house was perfect for our large group. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made for ease of everyone getting ready. The kitchen was not as well stocked as other places we’ve stayed but cooking wasn’t really in our plans. Would love to stay here again.”

“Three night holiday weekend stay was excellent! Place was very clean and well stocked, checkin was easy, beds comfy! Very close to the beach and a convenience store. Manager was super helpful via text for any questions I had.”

“This was Nice for smaller group. But not enough room for 10 people. There was 1 cot in each closet. So uncomfortable you couldn’t sleep on those. No one slept on them. And it was a few blocks from the beach. Not as close as I thought.”

“Perfectly located. Quick drive to San Louis Beach and to Seven Seas store, which has everything! 25 minute drive to the Sea Wall. Nice quiet neighborhood, good fishing and crabbing, beautiful view of the bay. Our new favorite vaca spot. Room for everyone. Bring chairs for outside seating down stairs. Study remote controlled fans and lighting.”
